About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives within the Human Resources department. You will gain experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and team performance while working at our Foster City campus. This is a paid, full-time position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze data to support transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled ways of working.
- Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data from surveys, interviews, and organizational diagnostics to find trends and improvement opportunities.
- Build executive-ready presentations, strategic recommendations, and communications for senior leaders.
- Assist in the design and facilitation of workshops, stakeholder engagement activities, and innovation labs.
- Investigate external best practices and emerging trends in change management and organizational effectiveness.
- Present your project work near the end of your internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. university.
- Must maintain full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Independent work authorization in the United States now and in the future.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- MBA degree level is preferred.

- Modality: Hybrid (on-site work required).
- Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
