About the role#
This internship talent pool is for students interested in biotechnology research. We accept applications on a rolling basis to build a pipeline for future openings. Interns work alongside our scientists to gain hands-on experience in our laboratory environment. This is a part-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with data collection, interpretation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing research projects.
- Research designated tasks and propose new ideas or solutions.
- Stay current with scientific literature and advancements.
- Learn our internal processes and software systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand, customers, and product goals.
- Maintain professional communication and organization standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time college student (documentation required).
- Pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior work experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with biohazardous agents up to BSL2.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds and using laboratory tools like pipettes.

- Compensation: $16.85 per hour.

- Note: This role requires compliance with company PPE policies and an industrial laboratory environment.
