About the role#
As an intern in Regulatory Operations, you will join the Innovation Development team to support global projects across Regulatory Affairs, Patient Safety, and Quality. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Innovation, Content, and eXecution to develop technical solutions that improve business processes. This is a full-time, 10 to 12-week summer internship.
What you'll do#
- Build custom innovation solutions across software platforms to address business inefficiencies.
- Identify routine and repetitive process steps that can be improved through automation.
- Maintain a broad understanding of existing software and tools available within the organization.
- Assist with the coordination of innovation projects and initiatives.
- Write documentation for the development, implementation, and maintenance of your automated solutions.
- Present your work to the team near the end of your internship.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at an accredited U.S. university.
- A major in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Continued full-time enrollment for the Fall semester following the internship.
- Ability to commit to 10 to 12 consecutive weeks of full-time work between May and August.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Foster City, California.
- The internship follows a hybrid work model.
- You must be willing to work on-site for the duration of the program.
