About the role#
Geosyntec Consultants is looking for a part-time Accounting/PA Support Intern to join our Kennesaw office. You will work under the direction of the Project Administration team to handle documentation and administrative support for our accounting operations.
What you'll do#
- Photocopy, assemble, and bind technical and non-technical documents.
- Scan and file project documentation.
- Help the General Ledger team with daily, weekly, and annual administrative tasks.
- Manage local business errands.
- Perform general clerical functions as needed.
- Drive personal, company, or rental vehicles to reach client sites, project offices, or other business locations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Ability to read and follow complex instructions.
- Skill in writing simple memos and correspondence.
- Ability to present information clearly to individuals and small groups.
- Capacity to manage your own workload and set priorities with minimal supervision.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
