About the role#
As an Assembly Intern, you will work directly with our production team to learn the mechanical engineering design and assembly process. You will help us manage inventory, assemble finished products, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing cycle.
What you'll do#
- Assemble rifle scope and muzzle break parts into finished products.
- Track inventory levels for individual parts and completed items.
- Assist with the painting process for manufactured goods.
- Perform quality control checks on parts and final assemblies.
- Troubleshoot product issues and identify potential design flaws.
What you'll need#
- Current residence in the Columbia, Missouri area or the ability to relocate.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- A clean background.
- Flexibility in your schedule, including the ability to work some weekends when demand fluctuates.
- Knowledge of gun sights is preferred.
