About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and lifecycle management of control system products for power plants. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and marketing, to define product vision and track development progress.
What you'll do#
- Conduct customer, market, and stakeholder discovery to identify unmet needs.
- Assess current product capabilities and recommend roadmap options.
- Translate needs into clear, testable product requirements and documentation.
- Develop business cases that define opportunities, values, and risks.
- Create lightweight prototypes, process flows, or visual concepts for stakeholder evaluation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 4.0 on a 5.0 scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
