About the role#
This internship focuses on the strategic growth of the plant controls business. You will contribute to the development of the Advanced Software and Controls Lifecare portfolios. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Longmont, Colorado.
What you'll do#
- Perform market research to identify and understand customer expectations.
- Coordinate discussions across different functional groups to identify gaps.
- Create revenue and growth projections based on market penetration.
- Develop business strategies for market growth and differentiation.
- Conduct Voice of the Customer sessions to verify assumptions with real feedback.
- Present business scenarios to leadership to gain buy-in and approval.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Economics.
- Previous experience developing a basic business case.
- A basic understanding of market analysis.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft toolset, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfort presenting information to small groups, including executives.
- Ability to work on-site at the Longmont, Colorado facility for the duration of the role.
