About the role#
The Aeroderivative Industrialization team transforms strategic opportunities into scalable capabilities for the LM2500, LM6000, and LMS100 fleets. As an intern, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution to help operationalize industrialization initiatives. You will gain exposure to how complex technical, operational, and supply chain challenges are translated into measurable business results.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of industrialization projects by maintaining schedules, action trackers, and milestone plans.
- Analyze project data, timelines, and business priorities to identify opportunities to improve execution speed.
- Develop and improve standard work, operating rhythms, and governance processes for project execution.
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Services teams to coordinate project activities and deliverables.
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, and project summaries to communicate progress and risks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.
