About the role#
As a Software Engineering Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience by working on technical projects that support our business goals. You will partner with a mentor who helps define your specific deliverables and expectations during your rotation. This position runs from January 11, 2027, through May 7, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work with your mentor to accomplish established goals.
- Complete technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, or Software Development.
- Attend training sessions to grow your technical knowledge.
- Participate in networking events and community volunteer projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide sponsorship for this position.
- The ability to complete two or more co-op rotations before graduation.
- Solid analytical skills and a desire to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
