About the role#
This paid internship program provides an 8 to 11 week opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. You will work in roles related to your field of study while building professional connections and applying classroom theories to real-world projects. The program focuses on technical skill development alongside professional growth.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Architectural, Electrical, Civil, or Construction), Occupational Health and Safety, Business, Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
- You are willing to travel to new locations and project sites.
- You demonstrate grit, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
- You hold yourself accountable and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
- You possess strong communication skills and work well within a team.
- You are detail-oriented and organized.
- You show purpose, resolve, and a positive influence on others.
