About the role#
This paid internship program offers students a chance to explore construction careers and build professional skills. You will work on-site for 8 to 11 weeks during the summer of 2027. The program helps you apply academic theories to real-world projects while you gain hands-on experience in your chosen field.

- Complete an academic capstone presentation or a craft skills assessment.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- You are excited to travel to new locations and project sites.
- You demonstrate grit, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
- You hold yourself accountable and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
- You possess strong communication skills and are detail-oriented.
- You work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
