About the role#
This paid internship offers students a chance to explore construction careers and build technical skills. You will work on-site in Indianapolis during the Summer of 2027. The program lasts 8 to 11 weeks and provides hands-on experience that connects your academic studies to real-world projects. You will also participate in professional training, including resume development and interview preparation.
What you'll do#
- Apply concepts and theories from your major to actual construction projects.
- Participate in business best practices discussions and professionalism training.
- Develop your professional network by working with experienced team members.
- Complete an academic capstone presentation or a craft skills assessment.
- Explore different career paths within the construction and corporate sectors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to hold yourself accountable.

- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- A team-focused mindset and the ability to influence others positively.
- Willingness to travel to various project locations.
