About the role#
This paid internship program offers students an 8 to 11 week opportunity to explore construction careers and gain hands-on experience. You will apply concepts and theories from your major field of study while developing your professional potential. Throughout the summer, you will work with our teams, build your professional network, and prepare for your future career.
What you'll do#
- Explore construction career paths and hone your technical skills.
- Participate in professional development, including resume building and interview preparation.
- Engage in business best practices discussions with industry professionals.
- Complete an academic capstone presentation or a craft skills assessment.
- Network with professionals across the company.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program that aligns with our needs, such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or other related fields.
- A willingness to travel to various project locations.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- A focus on customer needs and a spirit of team collaboration.
- Grit, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to hold yourself accountable and make a positive impact on others.
