About the role#
This internship provides an 8-to-11 week paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. You will apply concepts and theories from your major to real-world projects while developing your professional skills. The program includes resume development, interview preparation, and discussions regarding business best practices. You will finish the summer with an academic capstone presentation or a craft skills assessment.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Architectural, Electrical, Civil, or Construction), Occupational Health & Safety, Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- You possess grit, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
- You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- You work well in teams and enjoy collaborating with others.
- You are excited to visit and travel to new locations and project sites.
