About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Summer of 2027 based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will spend 8 to 11 weeks gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. The program connects your academic studies with real-world work through roles in areas such as field operations, project management, engineering, safety, and corporate departments like accounting, marketing, and human resources. You will finish the program with an academic capstone presentation or a craft skills assessment.
