About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Architecture Internship based in State College, Pennsylvania. The program runs from mid-May through mid-August 2027. You will work within a team to provide design services across various projects, receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Research client requirements and architectural standards.
- Assist in developing projects from initial survey through construction phases.
- Contribute to design concepts and presentations.
- Coordinate technical details with engineering disciplines.
- Review shop drawings and monitor construction progress.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Enscape or Lumion.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, and LEED standards is preferred.
- Experience with transportation, education, commercial, industrial, or government building types is a plus.

- Location: State College, PA.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
- Employment Status: Hourly, full-time.
