About the role#
We are looking for an Architecture Intern to join our team in Philadelphia for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position that offers hands-on experience working on diverse projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals who provide mentorship and guidance throughout your time with us.
What you'll do#
- Research client requirements and architectural standards.
- Help develop projects from the initial survey through construction phases.
- Contribute to design concepts and project presentations.
- Coordinate technical details with our engineering teams.
- Review shop drawings and monitor construction progress.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, and LEED standards is preferred.
- Previous exposure to transportation, education, commercial, industrial, or government building types is a plus.
