About the role#
This internship offers a 6-month opportunity to work within our Maintenance department. You will collaborate with engineers to manage and lead projects focused on Reliability and Maintenance Engineering. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a 40-hour weekly commitment.
What you'll do#
- Lead and manage projects related to Reliability and Maintenance Engineering.
- Develop maintenance and work standards for site assets.
- Implement planned and precision maintenance activities.
- Create preventative maintenance procedures, including identifying necessary tools and maintenance frequencies for mechanical, electrical, and utility assets.
- Analyze storeroom stock levels to support site operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the internship.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 lbs when necessary.
- Ability to stand for long durations and work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
- Reliable transportation to the work site.

- Term: July through December 2027.
