About the role#
WorkWell NYC is looking for a Program Evaluation Fellow to support the monitoring and evaluation of initiatives that improve the health and well-being of City of New York employees. You will help track program outcomes and develop systematic reviews to support our workplace wellness efforts. This position requires a commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of programs like physical activity challenges, vaccination clinics, and chronic disease prevention.
- Compile, enter, and summarize data.
- Create and present reports based on your data summaries.
- Research innovative and effective workplace wellness programming.
- Attend staff and team meetings as requested.
- Participate in external health forums and site-based programs to promote or evaluate initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Strong skills in data entry and management, specifically with Microsoft Excel and Airtable.
- Coursework in program evaluation, statistics, and epidemiology.
- Previous experience with program monitoring, evaluation, and health promotion programs.
- Experience researching and developing systematic reviews.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during site-based health forums.
- Status as a self-starter who can balance multiple assignments.
- Current residency in the New York City Tri-state area.

- Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour.
