About the role#
Frontier Health is hiring a Student Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This position involves performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks under direct supervision. Second practicum Masters level students may be eligible to provide client care under direct supervision, depending on their placement requirements.
What you'll do#
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and physician schedules for all outpatient sites.
- Type and distribute correspondence, memorandums, reports, and grant applications.
- Create graphics for various reports, such as outcomes and incident reports.
- Handle office telephone calls and greet visitors.
- Generate and distribute in-house reports.
- Maintain the monthly case management insurance and vehicle list.
- Correspond with outside groups, agencies, and individuals.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and individual program planning staffings.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, BS degree, or MS degree.
- Experience and skills appropriate to your current degree or degree in progress.
- A Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing personal malpractice coverage that includes Frontier Health as an additional insured party.
