About the role#
Frontier Health is hiring a Student Intern for the Spring 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Gray, Tennessee. You will perform various administrative and operational tasks under direct supervision. Second-practicum Master-level students may have the opportunity to provide client care under direct supervision.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily appointment schedules and physician schedules for all outpatient sites.
- Type and distribute correspondence, memorandums, reports, and grant applications.
- Create graphics for reports, including outcomes reports, monthly report cards, and incident reports.
- Handle office telephone calls and greet visitors.
- Generate and distribute in-house reports.
- Maintain the monthly case management insurance and vehicle list.
- Attend staff meetings and individual program planning sessions.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, BS degree, or MS degree.
- Experience, knowledge, and skills appropriate to your current degree or degree in process.
- Majors in Psychology, Public Health, Health Administration, or Business Administration are preferred.
- A Certificate of Insurance demonstrating personal malpractice coverage that includes Frontier Health as an additional insured.
