About the role#
The Student Data & Support Coordinator assists the College and Career Readiness Program (TRIO) by managing and reporting student data. This role ensures program effectiveness and regulatory compliance by tracking student progress, participation, and outcomes. You will work with program staff to monitor performance metrics and maintain accurate records to support student success initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Maintain detailed student records including attendance, outreach outcomes, and registration files.
- Input student information into the database and ensure all data remains current and accurate.
- Provide program and service information to the community by phone and in person.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and refer inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with the preparation and updating of program brochures and flyers.
- Help coordinate program activities such as summer programs and college tours.
- Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in data entry, report preparation, scheduling, and customer service.
- Proficiency with computer software, specifically Microsoft Office products.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Strong attention to detail and literacy skills.

- Compensation: Paid position at $17.50 to $19.50 per hour.
