About the role#
The Student Data & Support Coordinator manages, analyzes, and reports student data to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the College and Career Readiness Program (TRIO). This position focuses on collecting and interpreting data related to student participation, academic progress, and program outcomes. You will support student success initiatives by maintaining accurate records, coordinating registration, and collaborating with staff to track performance metrics and identify trends.
What you'll do#
- Maintain detailed and complete student records, including registration, attendance, and outreach outcomes.
- Input and update student information in the integrated database to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide information about program and community services to students and families via phone and in-person interactions.
- Assist with the preparation and updating of program brochures, flyers, and activity materials.
- Answer incoming calls, manage waiting lists, and refer inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate program activities, including summer programs and college or university tours.
- Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in data entry, report preparation, scheduling, and customer service.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Strong attention to detail and literacy and numeracy skills.
