About the role#
This eight-week internship program introduces students to the business insurance industry. You will work on-site in New York to gain hands-on experience and prepare for a career after graduation. You will collaborate with regional division leaders and work with dedicated mentors on structured training and projects.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project-based assignments across multiple departments.
- Participate in collaborative sales projects.
- Develop professional skills in Employee Benefit Sales and Operations.
- Assist with Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance sales and operations.
- Prepare competitive presentations.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in college as a rising junior or senior.
- Interest in a career within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities.

- Compensation: This role is paid, with a salary range of $16 to $17 per hour.
