About the role#
This eight-week internship provides an introduction to the business insurance industry. You will work with regional division leaders and mentors to gain a perspective on commercial insurance. The program runs for eight weeks beginning in June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project-based assignments individually and as part of a team.
- Work on sales projects and participate in competitive presentations.
- Engage in structured training sessions and industry-specific projects.
- Develop professional skills in Employee Benefit Sales, Risk Management, and Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in college as a rising junior or senior.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and communication abilities.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Louisville, Kentucky.
- The term is Summer 2027.
