About the role#
This eight-week internship program introduces students to the commercial insurance industry. You will work on individual and team-based assignments, including case studies and collaborative sales projects. Throughout the summer, you will gain hands-on experience by working with regional division leaders and dedicated mentors. The program aims to provide a clear view of insurance brokerage operations, specialty divisions, and partnerships with insurance carriers.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project-based assignments involving case studies.
- Participate in collaborative sales projects and competitive presentations.
- Engage in structured training sessions and industry-specific projects.
- Gain experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Sales and Operations.
- Gain experience in Commercial Employee Benefits Sales and Operations.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college degree program.
- Status as a rising junior or senior in majors such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a pay range of $19 to $20 per hour.
