About the role#
This is an eight-week summer internship program based in Sunrise, Florida. You will gain an introduction to the commercial insurance industry and prepare for your career after graduation. You will work with dedicated mentors and attend structured training sessions to learn about our internal departments, specialty divisions, and services.
What you'll do#
- Complete project-based assignments both individually and as part of a team.
- Work on case studies across multiple departments of an insurance brokerage firm.
- Collaborate on sales projects and competitive presentations.
- Work closely with Regional Division Leaders.
- Gain experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, risk management services, and employee benefits.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college program.
- Status as a rising junior or senior in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications.
- Interest in a career within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and leadership abilities.
