About the role#
The FRP Internship is an eight-week summer program based at our headquarters in Ormond Beach, Florida. This role introduces students to the commercial insurance industry and prepares them for professional work after graduation. You will gain hands-on experience in areas such as commercial property and casualty insurance, risk management, and employee benefits. Housing is provided for the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Complete project-based assignments across multiple departments.
- Work on sales projects and prepare competitive presentations.
- Attend structured training sessions.
- Collaborate with Regional Division Leaders and dedicated mentors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college as a rising junior or senior.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Interest in a career within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
