About the role#
This is an eight-week summer internship program at Foundation Risk Partners. You will work on-site in Camden, New Jersey, starting in June 2027. This role is a full-time, paid position designed to introduce you to the insurance brokerage industry and prepare you for a professional career after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Complete project-based assignments and case studies across multiple departments.
- Work on Employee Benefit Sales and Operations.
- Handle Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Sales and Operations.
- Participate in collaborative sales projects and competitive presentations.
- Work alongside Regional Division Leaders and dedicated mentors to gain hands-on experience.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college program as a rising junior or senior.
- Interest in a career within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Motivation to succeed and experience in school organizations or activities.
