About the role#
As an Administrative Intern at FMOL Health, you will apply health care principles and theories to gain a broad understanding of hospital operations. You will support the mission and values of the organization while learning how the Foundation functions within the hospital structure.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Marketing Promotions Specialist with raffle coordination.
- Support the Children's Miracle Network Coordinator during golf tournaments and fundraising events.
- Attend hospital social events and represent the organization to civic groups.
- Build professional relationships with hospital staff and community agencies.
- Learn hospital regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with various departmental tasks as requested.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Hospital or Health Care Administration.
- An energetic and genuine personality with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
- A positive attitude and demonstration of spiritual maturity.

- This position is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
