About the role#
The Intern Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources department at Floridacentral Credit Union. You will assist with daily operations, maintain personnel records, and support the pre-employment process. This is a part-time position requiring on-site attendance in Tampa.
What you'll do#
- Compile, scan, and file personnel records while maintaining accurate employee data.
- Request credit reports for potential candidates as part of the pre-employment process.
- Input data and run reports within the Dayforce system for HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Answer questions from employees and candidates regarding employment and benefits.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
What you'll need#
- Two years of similar or related experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources course.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy.

- This is an on-site, part-time internship.
