About the role#
The Office Coordinator Co-Op supports the daily operations of the office and assists the leadership team with administrative tasks. This role acts as a primary resource for employees and visitors while ensuring the workplace remains organized and functional.
What you'll do#
- Maintain office supplies, pantry items, mail services, and equipment to ensure shared spaces remain operational.
- Coordinate with IT, facilities, and building management to resolve maintenance and workplace issues.
- Manage vendor relationships for supplies and catering while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the leadership team with scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with tracking invoices, expense reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and workspace setup.
- Plan and execute company events, celebrations, and all-hands meetings from start to finish.
- Assist the legal team by filing contract requests and monitoring status.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on calendar and spreadsheet tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative setting through an internship, co-op, or part-time role.
- Coursework in accounting, financial analysis, or business operations is a plus.

- Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour.
