About the role#
This is a 10-week paid summer internship program designed to build your professional skills within the financial services industry. You will join a department to support our clients and learn foundational industry skills. Throughout the program, you will receive hands-on training, project-based assignments, and mentorship to support your development. You will also participate in professional development activities to network and learn about our culture.
What you'll do#
- Complete classroom and on-the-job training courses.
- Work on assigned projects that build skills and support business value.
- Gain a broad understanding of the client service function.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on projects and competitions.
- Participate in professional development programming.
- Build competencies for future roles in sales, service, and operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at an accredited university with a graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Ability to relocate and work on-site for the full 10 weeks.
- A track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
- Experience achieving results while building trust.
- Ability to work effectively on collaborative teams.
- Strong prioritization skills when managing competing tasks.
- Enthusiasm for providing a high level of client service.
- No prior industry experience is required. We welcome students from majors including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Operations Management, Psychology, and Sociology.
