About the role#
As a Wealth Management Intern, you will gain broad exposure to our financial services. You will rotate through Trust, Brokerage, Private Banking, Investments, Retirement Plan Services, and Operations. This role helps you understand how these teams work together to help clients manage, preserve, and grow their wealth.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments to learn about products, services, and client needs.
- Support Retirement Plan Services by learning about administration, plan sponsor support, and fiduciary processes.
- Assist with Trust and Brokerage tasks, including account documentation, beneficiary service, distributions, and recordkeeping.
- Observe Private Banking relationship management and help with client research, meeting preparation, and service requests.
- Work with the Investments team on market research, portfolio reporting, and analytical projects.
- Support Operations with account onboarding, data maintenance, transaction processing, and quality control.
- Develop professional skills in financial analysis, decision-making, and teamwork.
- Complete special projects and attend departmental meetings as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all compliance procedures and company policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent education or experience is also acceptable.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Clear communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and discretion.
- A self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn.
