About the role#
This is a full-time, paid 10-week summer internship program. You will work within operations to support the delivery of products and services. You will join a team to handle real-world projects and gain exposure to our business units, such as Client Experience, Healthcare Operations, or Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with clients and business partners.
- Provide customer service support.
- Process transaction requests with high attention to detail.
- Participate in professional and financial development sessions, including webinars with senior leaders.
- Engage in an intern mentorship program.
- Attend regional networking and team events.
What you'll need#
- You are a current undergraduate student who will return to coursework after the summer.
- You are available for the full 10-week program from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- You have strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You are comfortable with data gathering, reporting, and process-oriented tasks.
- You can multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- You communicate effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
- You focus on customer satisfaction and accuracy.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role available in Westlake, TX; Boston, MA; Covington, KY; Durham, NC; Jersey City, NJ; Merrimack, NH; and Smithfield, RI.
- This position does not offer immigration sponsorship.
