About the role#
The FIDTERN Program is a full-time, 10-week paid internship. You will work as a member of a team to gain experience in the Human Resources function. You will explore areas such as talent acquisition, people analytics, compensation, employee relations, and benefits. The program includes professional development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and regional events to help you build your network.
What you'll do#
- Participate in professional and financial development webinars.
- Join meetings with associates and outside vendor partners.
- Build business acumen within your dedicated assignment area.
- Learn corporate communication styles and workplace navigation.
- Network with associates across multiple levels of the organization.
- Assess your assignment area and present your analysis to leadership.
- Opt-in to the intern mentorship program.
What you'll need#
- You are a current undergraduate student who will return to coursework after the internship.
- Availability for the entire program from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Skills in analytical thinking and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong emotional intelligence and effective communication.
- A sense of accountability and inquisitiveness.
- Majors in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role available in Boston, MA, Smithfield, RI, Durham, NC, and Westlake, TX.
- The position is full-time and paid with a range of $20 to $32 per hour.
