About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship with the Multi-Asset Class Quantitative Research Team. You will work within the Quantitative Research and Investing division to support portfolio managers and investment professionals. The program includes hands-on training and mentorship from investment staff.
What you'll do#
- Identify business needs and lead a generative AI project from conception through implementation.
- Analyze data to support ongoing research and translate your findings into recommendations.
- Support research initiatives related to risk modeling, alpha identification, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
- Partner with stakeholders in Trading and Product to find opportunities for AI solutions and integrate them into existing processes.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student in a quantitative or STEM field, such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering.
- You are expected to graduate in late 2027 or 2028.
- Experience building and evaluating generative AI solutions, including large language models and AI agents.
- Ability to develop ideas independently and work with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
- A passion for financial markets and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
- A team-oriented mindset with demonstrated integrity.

- This position is based on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The internship term is Summer 2027.
