About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work at a Fidelity Investor Center alongside financial professionals. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building professional skills. This is a full-time, paid 10-week summer internship. You will participate in the FIDTERN program, which includes coaching, mentorship, and professional development events.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service to clients.
- Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Attend professional development programs and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Experience in leadership roles or student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, the economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
