About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will support the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will work alongside financial professionals to provide customer service and assist with investment products and services. This role offers exposure to personal investing and financial planning while you contribute to business-critical initiatives.

What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program.
- An interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Experience in leadership roles or involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Location & details#
- Location: Santa Barbara, California.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: The base salary range is $20 to $32 per hour.
