About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This 10-week summer program provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning while you contribute to business-critical initiatives. You will be fully integrated into the team, encouraged to share your perspectives, and supported by ongoing coaching and mentorship.

- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
- Strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry and build relationship-building skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Demonstrated interest in investing and wealth management.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership involvement in student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty.

- Location: Bethesda, Maryland.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Term: Full-time summer internship from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
