About the role#
As an intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building business, communication, and relationship-building skills. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship where you will contribute to business-critical initiatives and receive coaching from branch professionals.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
- Bring fresh perspectives to help enhance client and business outcomes.
- Take an active role in supporting branch initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide an outstanding customer experience.

- Location: Plano, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: This position is 100% on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship.
