About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work within a Fidelity Investor Center to support the client experience. You will partner with financial professionals to provide customer service and assist with investment products. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will be fully integrated into the team, participating in professional development programs and networking events to build your skills in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute ideas and ask questions to support branch initiatives.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the industry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through involvement in student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty while providing a high-quality client experience.
