About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building business, communication, and relationship-building skills. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Bring fresh perspectives to enhance client and business outcomes.
- Support business-critical initiatives.

What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding customer experience.
