About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This role provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning while you assist with various investment products and services. You will contribute to business-critical initiatives and collaborate with team members to solve challenges and improve processes.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products.
- Participate in work assignments designed to build knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Join professional development programs and networking events.
- Gain firsthand insight into the business through coaching and mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- A basic understanding of the current market, the economy, and economic trends.
- Collaborative problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide an outstanding experience.
- Interest in wealth management and investing.

- Location: Cary, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
