About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work alongside financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while contributing to client service. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will participate in the FIDTERN program, which includes professional development, networking, and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Take on work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify ways to improve processes.
- Contribute ideas and support branch initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- An interest in investing and wealth management.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of current market and economic trends.
- A focus on promoting customer loyalty and providing a quality experience.

- This position is based on-site in Middleton, Wisconsin.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
