About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you assist expert financial professionals in delivering service to clients. You gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building business, communication, and relationship skills. This 10-week summer internship is a full-time, on-site program designed to help you explore a career in wealth management.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support branch initiatives and contribute fresh perspectives.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities through the FIDTERN program.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience or involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
