    About the role#

    As a Branch Intern, you work directly with financial professionals at an Investor Center. You will provide customer service and help with investment products and services. This role offers exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will participate in work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry while developing business, communication, and relationship-building skills.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Contribute ideas and support branch initiatives.
    • Join professional development programs and networking events.
    • Receive coaching and mentorship from managers and branch professionals.

    What you'll need#

    • Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
    • Interest in investing and wealth management.
    • Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
    • Leadership experience through student organizations.
    • Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
    • Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
    • Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing a high-quality experience.

    • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
    • Modality: Full-time, on-site.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship.
    • Note: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
