About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work within a Fidelity Investor Center to support the client experience. You will work alongside financial professionals to assist with investment products and services. This 10-week summer internship provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will participate in the FIDTERN program, which includes coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service to clients.
- Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Participate in networking events and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
