About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while contributing to business-critical initiatives through the FIDTERN program.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service alongside financial professionals.
- Assist with a range of investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Engage in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide a high-quality customer experience.

- This position is based on-site in Fort Collins, Colorado.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
