About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You work alongside financial professionals to support client needs and build your knowledge of the financial services industry. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will participate in the FIDTERN Program, which includes coaching, mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute ideas and support branch initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
