About the role#
As a Branch Intern at our Investor Center, you will work directly with financial professionals to support the client experience. You will assist with various investment products and services while gaining exposure to personal investing and financial planning. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and help clients with investment products.
- Take on assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop skills in business, communication, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify ways to improve internal processes.
- Share fresh perspectives to help enhance client and business outcomes.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Experience in leadership roles or student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide a high level of service.

- This position is based on-site in Deer Park, Illinois.
- This is a paid, full-time summer internship.
